Dead-Lead Revival: the 14 day pilot

Every established service business holds a list of past enquiries that went quiet after one follow up, or none. Our Local Growth Desk works that list for 14 days, in the client's voice, under strict consent rules, and reports every reply.

The offer

One flat fee. One performance element.

14 day pilot, flat fee$1,497

ReportingDaily, in writing

The $75 is charged only when an appointment is booked and kept. Messages sent, replies received and appointments that do not take place are not charged.

Why it works

The list is already paid for.

Past enquiries came from advertising, referrals and reputation the business already funded. Most went quiet because follow up stopped, not because interest ended. Circumstances change: a roof leaks again, a case becomes urgent, a treatment becomes affordable. A courteous, well timed sequence catches that change, and it costs a fraction of acquiring a new enquiry.

State and local opportunities are published every business day for contracts. The same principle holds for demand: it renews daily, in every state we serve.

How the pilot runs

Fourteen days, step by step.

1

Day 1 to 2: List intake and consent audit

The client provides the past enquiry list. The Local Growth Desk checks each record for contact route and documented consent status. Records without a lawful contact route are excluded, and the exclusions are reported.

2

Day 2 to 3: Message preparation

A short email sequence is drafted in the client's voice and approved by the client before anything is sent. Text message wording is prepared only for records with documented consent.

3

Day 3 to 12: The sequence runs

Email first, across the window, with spacing that respects the reader. Texts follow only where consent is documented. Every reply is handled or handed to the client's team the same day, per the arrangement agreed at intake.

4

Throughout: Booking and daily reporting

Interested replies are booked into the client's calendar where access is provided. A written report lands daily: messages sent, replies, bookings, opt outs and records excluded.

5

Day 13 to 14: Close out and review

The pilot closes with a full results summary and a recommendation: stop, repeat on a fresh segment, or continue as an ongoing programme. There is no automatic renewal and no lock in.

Compliance guardrails

The rules are structural, not decorative.

Client's own list only

We work past enquiries the client's business collected itself. Purchased, rented or scraped lists are never used, in any state.

Email first

The sequence opens with email. It is the least intrusive route and the one with the clearest record for both sides.

Texts only with documented consent

No consent on file, no text. Consent status is checked record by record at intake, before the campaign is built.

Client is the sender of record

Every message is sent as the client's business. Replies, questions and opt outs reach the client directly, as they should.

Opt outs honoured immediately

Any opt out, in any wording, stops contact for that record at once and is confirmed in the daily report.

State rules reviewed before launch

Every campaign is reviewed against the telemarketing and consumer protection rules of the client's state before the first message is sent.

Fit

Trades where one appointment carries real value.

The pilot is built for appointment driven service businesses. It fits best where a single kept appointment is worth many times the $75 performance fee.

Dental and implant practices

Treatment enquiries stall on price and timing. A respectful reactivation sequence brings planned treatment back onto the calendar.

Family law firms

Consultation requests often arrive before a client is ready to act. Circumstances move, and the firm that follows up courteously is the firm that is called.

Roofing and remodeling

Quotes that went quiet after a site visit are the richest segment in most home services lists. Seasons and storms reopen them every year.

Med spas and elective care

Consultation lists build up quickly and age quickly. Short, well timed sequences keep the practice in front of its own past interest.

Real estate brokerages

Buyer and seller enquiries that paused with the market return when rates and life events move. Brokerages hold years of this latent demand.

Home services and trades

HVAC, plumbing, electrical and similar firms hold estimate lists that represent quoted, priced and nearly closed work. Revival starts there.

Pilot questions

Questions specific to the pilot.

Lists up to several years old can be worked, provided the contact details were collected by your business and consent records are understood. Very old records are handled more conservatively, and the intake audit will say which segments are suitable.
That is agreed at intake. Either your team takes replies directly, since you are the sender of record, or the Local Growth Desk handles first replies and booking under your direction. Either way, every reply is reported the same day.
An appointment that is booked through the campaign and attended by the customer. Bookings that cancel or do not attend are not charged the $75.
Yes. Multi location businesses run the pilot per location list, and each campaign is reviewed against that state's rules before launch.
A written close out summary and a recommendation. Continuation is a separate decision, on a fresh segment or as an ongoing programme. Nothing renews automatically.

Put your own list back to work.

$1,497 for 14 days, plus $75 only when an appointment is kept. Consent checked before anything is sent.
